Any company registered in India that has undertaken a CSR project in the districts of Madurai, Tiruchirapalli, Pudukkottai, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Karur, Dindigul, or Theni can apply.
Projects must show measurable impact and must have been active for at least two years. NGOs and Foundations cannot apply directly, but their donor companies may apply and present them as implementation partners.
